Eli Kersh, CLM, PCA
PresidentEli is a Certified Lake Manager (CLM) through the North American Lake Management Society (NALMS), where he previously served as Director of Region 9, and he served three terms as President of the California Lake Management Society. He is also a licensed Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA). Eli holds a master's degree with an emphasis in lake management and limnology (his thesis, “Controlling Eutrophication and Managing Vegetation in Emery Reservoir,” was completed in 2013), along with an undergraduate degree in Geographic Information Science from UC Santa Barbara and an associate's degree in Fire Science from the College of the Siskiyous (2004).

Greg Smith, MS
Vice PresidentGreg is a former civil engineer who specialized in lake design and construction, and an accomplished computer programmer who led the development of the LakeTech Platform. He pairs hands-on engineering experience with software expertise to build the tools that power LakeTech's monitoring and data services. Greg earned a degree in Environmental Engineering from UC San Diego and a master's degree from Cal State Fullerton.
