Assemble one bounded lake decision without changing the source evidence.
Bring exact LakeTech records into a browser-local packet, declare how they relate, keep gaps and ownership visible, and preserve the boundary between evidence, human decisions, and action authorization.
- Starting point
- Exact LakeTech CSV records
- Data handling
- Browser memory; explicit JSON
- Boundary
- No inference, decision, or authorization
Confirm validation and release ownership
Review the prerequisite before attaching or describing evidence.

Shared route boundary
Does not interpret, compare, convert, threshold, rank, diagnose, establish cause, recommend monitoring or treatment, determine safety or compliance, authenticate identity, make an authority decision, or authorize action.
Nothing is autosaved or uploaded. Start one bounded packet or re-import an operational packet.
Name one lake and one bounded decision question.
Use role names and generalized locations. Exact identifiers and references remain operational-restricted.
Attach only formats the packet can re-verify.
Supported: all 20 completed field-record CSVs, Monitoring Schedule v1 CSV, and Aquatic Equipment Ledger v1 CSV. Other exports and arbitrary files fail closed.
No artifacts attached. Add an exact LakeTech CSV; rejected files remain outside the packet.
Say how records relate; the packet will not infer it.
“Supports” is your declaration, not a scientific finding. Supersession requires a role, rationale, evidence reference, and offset-aware time.
Keep missing evidence and open work visible.
A closed action needs a record reference. A waiver needs its controlling authority reference.
Evidence requirements
Action register
Record a decision without turning it into authorization.
A typed entry is an attributable record, not authenticated identity, a permit, implementation, or effectiveness evidence.
Export integrity, not approval.
The operational packet embeds exact CSV bytes. Re-import rehashes and reparses every attachment. The public summary is omission-first and not operationally re-importable.
Name the lake and decision, then add at least one exact supported record. No decision use is available.
Preserve validation and continue
Carry the packet into its governed record and full sample-to-result workflow; these links do not approve the work.
Open the data validation checklist Preserve named-use validation and release ownership beside the packet without changing source states.
Continue the sample-to-result path Carry the packet into the complete custody, validation, authority, and release workflow.
Shared route boundary
Does not interpret, compare, convert, threshold, rank, diagnose, establish cause, recommend monitoring or treatment, determine safety or compliance, authenticate identity, make an authority decision, or authorize action.
Exact record integrity, not evidence interpretation.
The operational export embeds each original CSV byte-for-byte and records both an exact-byte SHA-256 and a stable semantic SHA-256. Re-import verifies the bytes, exact current adapter, derived source state, and metadata. Relationships, requirements, actions, and authority entries are attributable user records; none are inferred from filenames, values, counts, or document order.
