Unknown protocol scope, incomplete required steps or evidence, unresolved exceptions, destination review, and authority release remain on hold until you enter the supporting records. Authority release displays only from an exact entered role, reference, scope, and decision time. The ledger supplies no decontamination method, recipe, legal requirement, species status, clearance, safety instruction, or AIS-free claim.
